Tilt'N Place
Tilt'N Place is an all inclusive, pre-assembled, complete door/frame/hardware system that allows the installer to complete a finished door opening in 30 minutes or less.

Many owners, construction managers and general contractors have expressed concern about two significant areas of the building process quality and cost.

Doors, frames and hardware have become very complicated over the years. That fact is evidenced by the industry having a certification process. Since door, frame and hardware manufacturers do not provide installation services, controlling the quality of the finished openings are left to the installing contractor. And since none of the installing contractors attend installation certification training, quality of current installations has suffered.

Additionally everyone in the construction supply chain is concerned about cost. In extremely competitive market conditions job costs are scrutinized carefully, "under a microscope," to achieve as much value for the owner as possible.

Tilt'N Place directly addresses both quality and cost. The Tilt'N Place system is assembled in a factory controlled environment ensuring that no components are lost at the job, that all are installed correctly and properly adjusted, and that the correct finish paint is applied. The major contributor to higher cost of a job is the installation labor on the jobsite, which is significantly reduced by using Tilt'N Place. Tilt'N Place can save as much as 20% of the budgeted installed cost of the opening.
